Rich Tidwell
FOUNDING CEO
Rich Tidwell is the Founder of Legacy Housing. As Pastor of Ormond Church and recipient of The Daytona Beach News Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, he is endeavoring to provide “A Home for EveryOne” of the 25,000 children aging out of foster care annually in the United States. Internally known as the “Chief Everything Officer”, Rich passionately serves Legacy Housing at every level.
Brandi Tidwell
CO-FOUNDING COO
Brandi Tidwell is the Co-Founder of Legacy Housing. As an adoptive mother of 5 children, the sister of two adopted siblings, and the biological daughter of her adopted father, Brandi is moved by her faith in Jesus and compassion for the orphan and the fatherless. With her outstanding ability to administrate operations, she tirelessly serves as our Chief Operations Officer.
Samone Knight
HOUSE PARENT & COS
Samone is the Senior House Parent and Chief of Staff at Legacy Housing. A graduate of UCF, with a degree in Psychology, Samone is an excellent counselor and caretaker of Legacy’s residents. Before being hired, Samone enthusiastically served as a House Parent for free while working 2 jobs to make ends meet. She is easily the most faithful and friendly Disciple of Jesus one could have the pleasure of knowing. In addition to serving Legacy Residents, Samone helps train House Parents for service in our Legacy Network partner homes.
Meredith Walker
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Meredith Walker joins Legacy Housing with over 10 years experience in non-profit leadership, project management, and strategic partnership development. She has joyfully volunteered with Legacy Housing for over 5 years. She is a graduate of Columbia International University with a Bachelors in Communications and a Masters in Intercultural Studies.Having been a foster parent, adoptive parent, and currently training as a Guardian ad Litem, Meredith has a strong passion to advocate for vulnerable, aged-out foster youth in her role as Executive Director.
